Terms & conditions

Royal Grasse Perfumes is a fragrance house based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Orders and enquiries are handled directly by our team.

Regular bottles are AED 200 each for one, AED 180 each for two, and AED 160 each for three or more. Limited-edition bottles are AED 250 each for one, AED 220 each for two, and AED 200 each for three or more. The quantity level counts every bottle in the same order, mixed fragrances included; each bottle keeps its own regular or limited-edition price. Orders of 5 or more bottles receive an extra 10% off after quantity pricing. Delivery is free on orders of AED 300 and above (after discounts) and AED 15 below that.

Preparing an order on this website does not complete a purchase. Your order becomes confirmed only after you send the WhatsApp message and our team agrees availability, the total, delivery, and payment with you.

Home delivery is free across the UAE on orders of AED 300 and above (AED 15 below), usually within 2–5 working days after confirmation. Payment is by cash on delivery or bank transfer. All return, refund, and cancellation requests are handled directly through WhatsApp support.

All fragrances are offered as 80ml bottles. We publish scent notes only after the house confirms them, and scent perception varies by person and conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
