How much does a bottle cost?
Eau de parfum bottles are AED 220 each for one, AED 205 each for two, AED 190 each for three, and AED 175 each for four or more. Limited-edition extraits are AED 270, AED 240, AED 220, and AED 200 each at the same quantities. Mixed fragrances count together; every bottle keeps its eau de parfum or extrait rate.
What size are the bottles?
Every Royal Grasse and Misk Avenue fragrance on this website is offered as one 80ml bottle.
How does ordering work?
Add your fragrances to the cart, enter the required details, prepare the full message, then send it to our Dubai team on WhatsApp. The team confirms availability, delivery, and payment before dispatch.
Do I pay on the website?
No payment is taken on this website. Prepare your order, then send it to our Dubai team on WhatsApp so they can confirm availability, delivery and payment before dispatch.
Do you deliver in the UAE?
Yes. We deliver within the UAE. Timing and any delivery charge are confirmed with you before dispatch.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You may cancel before dispatch. For damaged, unsealed, or incorrect items, send photos and your order details. Unopened returns are handled case by case; opened fragrance cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
Can I check my order status?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your name, phone number, and order details, and our team will update you.
Can I order for gifting or wholesale?
Yes. Share the occasion or business details and expected quantity on WhatsApp so our team can advise on availability, presentation, and delivery. Quantity pricing applies to gifting and wholesale orders in exactly the same way.
How do quantity discounts work?
The tier is earned on the total number of bottles in one order, mixed fragrances included. Each bottle then keeps its own eau de parfum or limited-edition rate, and the discounted unit price is shown in your cart before you send the order.
When do I pay?
After you send the order on WhatsApp. Our Dubai team confirms availability, delivery timing, and the payment method with you, and nothing is payable before you agree.

Royal Grasse is available at Deira City Center, Al Ghurair Centre, and Dubai Outlet Mall in Dubai.
What are your store hours?
